Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Services

1. The schedule of estimated development sources and uses and amount of low-income housing tax credits the cost can support.

2. Projection of timing of low-income housing tax credits and losses from operations.

3. Calculation of investors’ projected rate of return.

4. Calculation of any adjuster clause (being a one time adjuster or an annual adjuster if staggered capital contribution pay-ins by limited partner(s)).

5. Hands on assistance with preparation of your PHFA Multifamily Core Application.

6. Hands on assistance with preparation of your PHFA Tax Credit Application Addendum.
