Beach, CPA, Managing Director of Asher & Company, Ltd., has announced the formation of Asher PHA Finance, LLC to further solidify Asher’s practice in providing services to public housing authorities.  Asher also announced that all employees of industry-renowned consulting firm PHA Finance, PC have been hired by Asher, and that Asher PHA Finance, LLC will continue to service former PHA Finance, PC clients.
