businesses. Known internationally as Moore
Stephens Asher, PC, a worldwide network of
privately owned CPA accounting firms, and linked to 1st
Global Advisors to form Asher Financial Advisors, LLC, Asher
& Company, Ltd. has been able to provide the highest

More About Asher
- Since the inception of the
peer review program we have voluntarily submitted to
peer reviews and have consistently earned clean reports
beginning with our first review in 1980. Today, the
Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)
conducts inspections, disciplines, and sets standards
for auditors of SEC issuers. Our application for
registration with PCAOB was approved in October of 2003.
Our ongoing peer review for our non-SEC filer practice
will be conducted under the auspices of the AICPA Peer
Review Program.
