The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue will conduct a tax amnesty program from April 26th through June 18th, 2010.
It will apply to any delinquent tax that was due to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue as of June 30, 2009.
The program provides for abatement of all penalties and 50 percent of the interest due on any unpaid taxes as of June 30, 2009
to the extent the delinquent taxes are paid via the amnesty program. Pennsylvania taxes eligible for this program include
the Capital stock/ Franchise tax, Corporate net income tax, Personal income tax, and Sales and Use tax.

The City of Philadelphia will also conduct a tax amnesty program from May 3rd through June 25th, 2010.
It will apply to any delinquent tax that was due to the Philadelphia Department of Revenue as of June 30,2009
and will also provide for abatement of all penalties and 50 percent of the interest due on any unpaid taxes as
of June 30, 2009. Taxes included in the Philadelphia Amnesty program include the Business Privilege Tax,
Wage and Net Profits Tax, Realty Transfer Tax, Business Use and Occupancy Tax, Realty Transfer Taxes, and
Real Estate Taxes.
