It was announced at its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, Susanne Spinell Shuster, CPA, MST, was re-elected to the Board of Directors of SE Financial Corp, the holding company for St Edmond's Federal Savings Bank, for a 4 year term ending in 2014. She is also chair of the audit committee.

Susanne is also a member of the adjunct faculty at Temple University in the Fox School of Business and Management and will be teaching the Federal Tax class in the MBA program this summer.
