On November 28, staff and friends of Asher & Company,
Ltd. celebrated the tail end of their Thanksgiving holiday
by volunteering for WHYY's telethon. The highlight of the
evening was meeting Anthony Kearns, one of the Irish Tenors.
Everyone kept busy handling the rush of pledges, and it was
a great time for all.
Asher's volunteers were Carla Chiorazzo and Keith Wisenauer,
Cathy Nemeth, Christie McVey, Don Davis, Howard and Myrna
Asher, Jack Kolmansberger, Kevin Johnson, Mary Ellen Rosenello
and Eleanor Dungan, Pat Frey, Rob Jeffery, Ruth Shore, Sean
Carothers, Steve and Barbara Carr with children Brian, Little
Steve and Samantha, Sue Lang, Faith Scott and Jean Blanda,
Susan Mock, and Tom Krauss.
