The Asher Business Academy was established as year round, in-house training program to prepare every member of the Asher team with the professional capability required to provide our clients with the highest standard of service. Taught by Asher staff and outside industry experts, the program offers courses in CPE courses, practice development directives and management methodologies. The Asher Business Academy enables each employee to bring a comprehensive perspective to every auditing, tax and/or consulting engagement. Understanding the correlation of varying operational functions is essential in order to ensure the overall fiscal health of an entity, and seeing the big-picture better enables any financial practitioner to maximize strengths, minimize weaknesses, identify trends and develop strategies.
