James Kochanski, an Accounting and Auditing Department director, joined Asher &
Company, Ltd. in February 2003. Prior to joining Asher & Company, Ltd., in
February 2003, Jim was an Assistant Vice President in the Accounting and Finance
Department at MBNA America Bank. He also
worked for several years as a Senior Audit Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and
for Ernst & Young, LLP.
Jim's industry expertise
includes: cable television and media; television network; software development companies;
manufacturing and venture capital. Jim has
experience providing auditing services to television networks.
Jim mentors the
firm’s professionals and conducts seminars corresponding to the organization’s
Continuing Professional Education Program. He is also one of the firm’s leaders in
our SEC Services Group.
