Joe rejoined Asher & Company, Ltd. in 2003 as an Accounting & Auditing Director.  Joe, who originally worked for Asher & Company, Ltd. from 1983 to 1995, returned after spending four years in various industry management roles and four years with a Big 4 firm as a senior audit manager. Joe’s most recent industry experience was serving as the CFO of an international public company, where he was recruited as part of a turnaround effort. Joe’s industry expertise includes manufacturing, distribution and retail, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.

Joe is Chairman of the Firm’s SEC Services Group. He specializes in SEC and financial reporting matters, emerging businesses and turnarounds. Among his services are:
