Howard Asher is the immediate past Chairman of the Board and previously served as Managing Director from 1964 through 1996. Howard has over 40 years of extensive experience in the areas of litigation support including expert testimony, taxation and business management, including budget preparation and analysis and financial planning, and assisting clients with debt restructuring and loan negotiations. Additionally, Howard has assisted many of the firm’s clients in the areas of purchasing, managing, and selling of various real estate properties. Howard is former Chairman of the City of Philadelphia Tax Review Board. He serves on the firm’s Management Committee.
