David Powers is a Director and serves as an account administrator in the Accounting and
Auditing Department. In this position, he has overall account responsibility for
diversified clients in the real estate, not-for-profit, governmental, and service
industries. Dave has had extensive experience in the conduct of large scale audit
engagements. He is knowledgeable of the regulations pertaining to Federal and State grant
audits, inclusive of the GAO Yellow Book Guidelines and OMB 133 requirements. His
experience includes financial and tax planning and management advisory services.
